Garden Room & Kitchen Extension - Flaxton
Our brief was the create a flexible space for living/dining, relocate the utility room and link the kitchen to the living areas. In additional we moved the oil central boiler into the garage and added stunning aluminium sliding doors. I’m sure you will agree, a fantastic space has been created, which can now enjoy the beautiful backdrop of the North Yorkshire countryside.

Full Cottage Renovation - Askham Richard
The property was taken back to brick, with the roof removed, before sympathetically being renovated and brought up to scratch with a modern day layout.

Ground Floor ReModel - Copmanthorpe
Our brief was to create an open plan family kitchen, with multiple French doors onto the landscaped gardens, new flooring, internal doors and install a brand new kitchen. The existing layout offered a smaller kitchen with oversized lounge. Using some space from lounge we created a new, more useable dining area flowing through into a stunning new kitchen with breakfast bar with well placed office and utility room.

Rear Extension - Holgate
The renovation commenced with a reimagined layout that maximizes the available space and optimises functionality. The new design creates a seamless flow between the kitchen and dining area, promoting a sense of openness and spaciousness. This layout aims to enhance the overall livability of the property while ensuring a visually appealing and practical environment.

The property previously had a small rear extension that housed a compact kitchen/diner. We opened up the previous extension, whilst adding this stunning garden room extension with bi folding doors on to an area that we had landscaped with beautiful porcelain tiles transforming the way the owners now live in their lovely home.
